A nod to the owners' native country, the empanadas argentinas were moist and flaky at this otherwise Middle Eastern spot. Tabouleh, the sprightliest we’ve tried anywhere, had ample lemon juice and mint, and the spice quotient of the falafel was tempered by a tahini dipping sauce. Interestingly, spinach pie was nestled in filo and coiled lie a spring; the sprinklings of sesame seeds were an inspired touch. You’ll want to try one of everything in the case at the counter.
